Michelle Elder – Office Manager/Legal Assistant

 

Michelle joined Refior Law Office in 1999. She has advanced to be the Office Manager and the Probate/Trust Administration Assistant. She graduated from Warsaw Community High School and attended Ivy Tech where she studied office administration. Michelle loves spending time with her husband, sons, daughters-in-law and her grandchildren. She and her family attend Warsaw Community Church. She enjoys volunteering her time at the Elks for benefits, needy family programs and children's programs. Michelle also enjoys traveling, scrapbooking, hanging out with friends and weekly family dinner and game nights.

 

Pamela Refior – Bookkeeping  (see Introducing Pam Refior)

 

Pam earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Iowa Wesleyan College in 1972 with a teaching certificate for K-12. When Refior Law Office opened in 1981 Pam was the secretary and bookkeeper. She continues to be the bookkeeper. Pam loves her family - 2 daughters and 8 grandchildren. She enjoys her Bible Study, family activities and games, travel, watching sports with her husband, walking, biking, entertaining and reading. Pam and Rafe are active members of Faith Baptist Church in Lafayette, Indiana. Pam and Rafe live in two hometowns each week - half in Warsaw, Indiana, and half in Lafayette, Indiana.

Jenny Conway – Legal Assistant 

 

Jenny joined the staff at RLO in April of 2011 as a Legal Assistant. She graduated from Tippecanoe Valley High school in 1996. She is currently attending Ivy Tech Community College to obtain an Associate Degree in Business. She gained office and personnel skills as an Office Manager/Dispatcher for trucking companies. She also furthered her office skills working in the orthopedic industry for such companies as Biomet and Zimmer. Jenny’s favorite past time is photography, she takes wedding photos, senior pictures, and family photos. She enjoys sports and the lake life that Kosciusko County has to offer. Jenny and her boyfriend love entertaining and spending quality time with their family and friends.

Priscilla Wood – Legal Assistant

 

Priscilla joined Refior Law Office in February 2013. She graduated from DePauw University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Before joining Refior Law Office she worked 17 years with the Kosciusko County Courts. Priscilla and her husband Bill have two children: Lynnly, who lives with her family in Columbus, Ohio, where she teaches at KIPP Journey Academy; and Alexander, who lives with his family in Fishers, Indiana, where he is a civil engineer with TLF, Inc.. Bill is employed at Fairmont Homes and is pastor at Packerton United Methodist Church. Priscilla and Bill are also members of First United Methodist Church, Warsaw. They were among the founders of the Greater Warsaw Cooperative Preschool, and continue to be involved in various church and service organizations. They rejoice in the gifts of family and friends.

Tracey Rose - Litigation Paralegal

 

Tracey graduated from Ball State University with a Paralegal degree. Upon graduation from college she worked in Dallas, Texas for eight years as a litigation paralegal/investigator before returning to the Midwest. Tracey brings more than thirty years litigation experience to Refior Law Office ranging from investigations through the discovery process to assisting at trial. She has consistently worked as a freelance paralegal, as well as under the employ of very successful law firms. Tracey and her husband Kerry have been married thirty years. They have two children, Austin (20) who attends Indiana University – Bloomington and Sydney (18) who is a senior at Warsaw Community High School. She has been actively involved in many youth organizations in the community, most notably the Kosciusko County Soccer League. Tracey is an avid gardener who loves to spend lots of time in the garden and kitchen creating new recipes. She enjoys spending time with her family, three golden retrievers and friends on Winona Lake.
